Tri fit physical therapy exercise Class series
Tri Fit is excited to announce that we will be starting our new exercise class series. The first 2-week course of our series is a Total Body Sculpting Class, taught by Margee Purdy, PT.

We are offering a full body workout focusing on light weights and high reps as well as body weight. This class may utilize dumbbells, resistance bands, gliders, balls and more to increase your strength and improve your definition while working your muscular endurance and functional balance. The class is good for all fitness levels!

The course will comprise of a 45 minute class, held for 4 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. The dates for the course will be as follows:
Session 1: Tuesday June 16th
Thursday June 18th
Tuesday June 23rd
Thursday June 25th
Session 2: TBA
***Please note*** As we are observing social distancing guidelines, we are currently only able to offer 3-5 spots per class. Please sign up for the class ahead of time as spots are subject to availability.
